Job Description:

Key Job responsibilities:

• Nonconformity management & problem solving (8D/9S)
• Implementation and deployment of industrialization support activities
• FAI/LAI/DVI/PPAP/Control Plan/APQP
• Industrial Process Qualification
• Risk management : DFMEA/PFMEA
• Requirements analysis and traceability management
• Regulatory compliance management (DOA/POA, PART21 J/G, PART 145)
• Qualification of production team skills

You will have to :

• Understand the product, process, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that processes are properly applied.
• Lead meetings (planning, holding meetings, taking minutes)
• Create, coordinate, monitor and close action plans.
• Draft progress and compliance reports
• Analyze, create, consolidate performance indicators.
• Promote continuous improvement (PDCA, Lean Management, etc.)
• Deploy and apply project management methodologies (LBIP , Agile, PMP, Prince...)

You are familiar with:

• Implementation of industrialization support activities
• APQP and quality core tools
• Project Management and Tools (LBIP, Agile)
• Regulatory compliance management (DOA/POA, PART21 J/G,)
• Experience in Aeronautics Industry
